There’s nothing quite like a little internal tune-up with the sun as your guide! Imagine soaking in pure life force, giving your cells a boost, and waking up every part of you. That’s the magic of conscious attention—moving from theory to embodiment. This practice to be realised required us to play in it., it's a hands-on practice for optimal living..
Start your day by stepping outside as the sun rises. Stand or sit comfortably, facing the sun, and have your eyes slightly open, looking at the sun, with a soft gaze. Begin to breathe deeply, inhaling the morning light with each breath. As you do, visualise the warmth and energy of the sun seeping into your skin, reaching every cell, and sparking a little internal dance. As you ingest, move your attention to the centre of your brain and ingest some more.
Spend about 20 minutes in this practice, focusing on the sun's energy spinning away the calcification of your pineal gland, clearing the path for clarity and insight. You’ll start to feel the light working its way through your body, unlocking the potential within your glands and other internal processes.
