A playful and powerful 2.5-hour experiential process bringing together breath, movement, dance, meditation, nervous-system awareness and embodied inquiry. Rather than simply talking about awareness, we explore what happens when your skin is actually in the game—meeting sensation, emotion, energetic movement and familiar patterns through the intelligence of the whole human organism.
